Park Damage / Clean-up Waiver Form



A damage and clean-up deposit of $400 is to be made to Copenhaver Homes HOA, for the purpose of covering any costs incurred, due to damages or clean-up, for the use of Copenhaver Park during the below specified event. The deposit will be held for 7 calendar days after the event date and, if at that time, the park is not returned to its previous condition the $400 will be deposited in to the Copenhaver Homes HOA account to cover any costs needed to restore the park. If there are no damages or clean-up needed to the park the deposit check will be returned or destroyed ASAP.

Very Important Note: All Federal and State laws must be followed at the event in Copenhaver Park, especially in regards to underage possession and consumption of alcohol. If any laws are broken and fines are incurred, the hosting Copenhaver neighbor will be fully and directly responsible for paying these fees.
